Ania Dilmaghani

Ania Dilmaghani is a lead software engineer at Personify, where she has been since June of 1999. Dilmaghani leads the application services team, which is responsible for the user interface frameworks and supporting backend infrastructures of Personify's flagship product, Essentials. Dilmaghani has 17 years of industry experience at well-known companies such as HP, ViewStar (acquired by Lucent), Abacus (acquired by SAS Institute) and Sagent Technology, where she led various engineering and consulting projects.

Dilmaghani was born in Warsaw, Poland and immigrated to the United States as a teenager. After finishing high school in New York City, she attended Hunter College and Fordham University before eventually moving to California and receiving her BS in Computer Science from San Francisco State University. In her spare time, Dilmaghani enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, Kasper 11, and Kamran, 8.
