Kim Fisher

Kim Fisher is co-founder and CEO of AudioBasket, Inc., which provides personalized audio news and information via the Internet, for desktop or wireless delivery. Fisher has worked for over ten years with entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to co-founding AudioBasket, she worked as director of strategic business for Synacom Technology, Inc., a wireless telecommunications software company. Prior to working at Synacom, Fisher was senior marketing manager in Motorola's International Joint Venture division. She has worked in the Internet industry, both as the marketing manager for an Internet service provider and as the co-founder of one of Lithuania's first Web page design companies.

Fisher earned an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where she was a graduate student instructor for entrepreneurship as well as the winner of the Price Fellowship, granted to students with promise in entrepreneurship. She also has a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She has two patents pending for innovations in the field of communications software.
