Jennifer Floren

Jennifer Floren is the president and CEO of Boston-based experience, the leader in the college student and alumni recruiting market.

Floren jumped off the corporate ladder in 1996 to start her own Web-based company - just as the Internet business boom was beginning. With the help and endorsements of over 300 university clients, the company has grown to become a leader in the online student and alumni recruiting industry. Earlier this year, Floren led her team through a successful merger and relaunched the company's three core products: eRecruiting, experience.com and experience magazine.

Floren has been recognized by Working Woman, Women's Business and Entrepreneur as one of the nation's youngest leaders and achievers. Prior to starting her own business, Floren was a consultant at Bain & Company, a top management consulting firm in Boston. She graduated with honors from Dartmouth College in 1993 with a B.A. in psychology.
