Tracy Green
Tracy
Green is the vice president of programming at Hitplay
Media, a company providing on-demand video entertainment
to the Internet. Green leads the company's video production and
programming initiatives.
Before
joining Hitplay Media Green was a noted television producer, most
recently at KingWorld's critically acclaimed "Roseanne Show." She
was responsible for making it the first dynamic, interactive program
of its kind, with a live daily chat room and live Webcams around
the world.
Prior
to joining KingWorld Green served as CNBC's West Coast producer,
specializing in entertainment and Internet coverage. She held two
supervising producer posts for Warner Bros' Telepictures Productions
at "Extra" and "In Person," both of which she helped launch. Green
got her start at WXIA-TV, NBC's Atlanta affiliate, where at 25 she
became one of the youngest executive producers in major market television.
In addition she co-authored "The Bad Day Book" and "52 Ways to Show
Aging Parents You Care."
Green
earned a B.A. in journalism and English from Indiana University.
