Galyn Susman is visual arts director at Pixar. She began her career at Pixar nine years ago in the commercials division where she wore many hats including technical director, animator and producer. She later began work on "Toy Story" as a technical director and eventually became a lighting lead. On "A Bug's Life," she did some modeling before moving on to develop the overall technical plan (modeling, shading, lighting, effects and rendering) for "Toy Story 2" as supervising technical director. Prior to Pixar, Susman worked in R&D at Apple. She attended Brown University. |
